Semur Terong (Sweet Eggplant Stew)
Ingredients :
1 Tbs. shallots
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 lb. eggplant
4 Tbs. vegetable oil
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, sliced
½ cup water

Tumis Tahu Sayur
Ingredients :
- 2 eetlepels shredded onion
- 2 shredded teentjes garlic
- 2 eetlepels of ketjap

Juice Campur (Mixed Fruits Juice)
Ingredients :
300 g red guava
150 g stoberry, wash
2 sp viscous milk
2 sp lemon
100 g ice cube
Directions :
Cut the guava and put away the granule. Slice it.
Put in the guava, stroberry, viscous milk, lemon and ice cube in blender. Make smooth.
